I am from Puerto Rico and I am 29 years old. I have a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics and I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and after living in Prague for 4 years I have moved back to Puerto Rico. In terms of teaching experience, I started teaching over three years ago. I also worked with university students who were studying Spanish during my Master's Degree and working on italki has taught me a lot and I am constantly trying to improve my teaching skills. I am friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are typically usage based. This means you will be learning while using the language. However, this doesn't mean we won't be working on the other 3 language skills. Even when we are working on reading or writing skills I always try to incorporate some kind of oral discussion to tie all the skills together. As for homework, I leave it up to the student's preferences and the time they have available outside of the lessons to actually do homework.My teaching material
