Hello! I’m Jovana, a native Serbian teacher with 10 years of experience. Specializing in beginner to advanced learners, I help students speak confidently through personalized lessons.
My love for languages (I also speak English and Spanish) and humanities fuels my teaching—whether you’re preparing for exams or casual conversations. Outside class, you’ll find me reading or playing piano, and always exploring ways to make learning engaging.

I graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. I’m a teacher of Serbian language and literature with a master’s degree in Serbian as a foreign language.
I’ve been teaching students of all ages, children, teenagers, and adults as well. And I’ve been teaching both offline and online for 10 years now.My lessons & teaching style
I try to engage students as much as possible, because the most important thing for them is to speak a lot and notice their progress day by day. I encourage independent work by assigning homework after each class.
For advanced students, I believe the best way to learn a language is through meaningful communication about topics that truly matter to you. That’s why lessons are shaped around your interests and real-life situations.
My goal is not only to teach textbook grammar, but also to prepare students for real-life communication within the community by focusing on natural, conversational language, including everyday expressions and slang.My teaching material
