My name is Nick, I am originally from Austria, and I have lived in Singapore for over 10 years. I am a native German speaker and also speak English at the native language level. Due to my interest in history and politics, I studied International Relations. However, my work is in the area of data analysis. In the last 1+ years here in italki, I have enjoyed the exchange with other people. In my free time, I love to do yoga, read books, and travel (well, at the moment, travel is a bit difficult). I started teaching online 1+ years ago and liked it. Due to my work, I am used to interacting with people remotely and getting things done. Before my online teaching experience, I have taught English and German during my uni days. I have learned to adapt myself to different learning styles and personalities.
