My name is Margarita Kunnanz and I live in Washington state in the US, but I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. I am currently a UW student getting a Master's in Civil Engineering. I've been teaching English for 3 years and my students are business professionals with different backgrounds. I've found that many advanced students struggle with enhancing their vocabulary and pronunciation issues. I've taken a Standard American Accent training, so as to be able to teach English learners to recognize the key sounds and therefore, to speak clearly and confidently. My lessons are highly customized and every student gets a class depending on their level and goals.
