Dena brings so much energy to language learning. She demystifies language and brings fun to the process of achieving my goals. There's a wonderful focus on how language is actually used in the day-to-day of Spanish life, and lessons are particularly well tailored to language and skills that the student is likely to need and use. I'd recommend this teacher to everyone, including beginners. Dena has endless energy, and supply of tips, tricks and resources to help you! Dena's awesome at bringing all students inclusively into languages, too.

From the very start, Dena makes you feel at ease and creates a positive learning environment. She genuinely is the "Queen of Resources", encourages me to practise speaking, and clearly explains the use of "real-life" Spanish. Really great teaching style and makes the lessons fun, would strongly recommend!

I totally needed to study more before arriving but she never made me feel bad about it in fact she just continued making the lesson fun and I still learned a lot :)

Dena is a very patient and articulate and attentive teacher helps you articulate and understand what you’re trying to say from the basic level all the way to conversational level.Helps that she’s a polyglot and knowledgeable about languages outside of just Spanish.
