Hi Laura, I found our lesson today particularly productive and really liked the way you helped me go through new words and differentiate their nuances. I also learnt many colloquial expressions like "wing it" and "white as a sheet". Thank you! It feels quite different from simply looking up words in the dictionary or on chatgpt, where I often forget the meaning of a word immediately afterward. I believe our brains tend to associate things with emotions and real-life contexts, which helps with memorisation. We should do it again besides our conversations.

Laura is very careful in her class. She never missed a mistake and taught me a lot in writing. I am used to translating directly from Chinese to English. Laura taught me how to write more naturally and clearly, and she always helped me correct it. Thank you very much!
