I'm a certified English teacher for 30 years. Specializing in building confidence among beginners and preparing for exams. Based in the vibrant city of Cape Town, I embrace and integrate the region’s rich cultural diversity into my teaching practice. My passion for travel and education continually inspires my approach, reinforcing my belief in the power of language to connect people across backgrounds. Currently, I serve as a supervisor at UWC. Whether you are beginning your English journey or seeking to enhance your skills, I will guide you. My goal is to create a supportive environment where mistakes are seen as opportunities to grow. I’m a certified TEFL teacher passionate about helping learners achieve confidence and fluency in English. I worked with students from diverse backgrounds, adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and goals. My teaching entails a curriculum focused on practical communication, grammar, and expanding vocabulary so you can express yourself naturally in everyday and professional contexts. Enjoy using podcasts, and real-life scenarios to make lessons engaging. I will guide you with clear explanations.
My lessons are based on the student's level. The lesson would include conversation and inform the student what the lesson is about.
