I am an experienced English teacher with over 30 years of dedication to the classroom. I have a love for travel and my passion for education. Living in Cape Town, I continue to embrace diversity both inside and outside the classroom, drawing on the richness of cultures.

My lessons are based on the student's level. The lesson would include conversation and inform the student what the lesson is for the day. Students get immediate feedback from me as it is vital for their learning. Feeling at ease is key during the lesson. My strength is patience with my students and I promote never to give up. I follow an integrated planning which includes speaking, pronunciation, writing and vocabulary. The lessons are quite interactive and fun. Connecting with my students is vital because I plan according to their ability. TPR is the most important teaching style, especially for those who are beginners. I enjoy theme related vocabulary lessons especially work related.My teaching material
