Hello Everyone ! はじめまして! I am Grace from Malaysia . I am currently studying as an engineering student here in Japan ! I have studied Japanese Language for over 6 years now and lived here for about 4 years now ! I can help you to start learning or improve your Japanese and teach you to confidently use Japanese ! I love to cook cuisines from all different countries , so if you share the same interest as me , we can have fun sharing recipes too . I think language is a very useful set of skills that allows us to experience more of other cultures and beliefs . I am very happy that learning Japanese has allowed me to make new Japanese friends and experience the rich culture of Japan .

I am a very patient and cheerful person that loves to meet new people as learn about new cultures ! Japanese is a great language that i believe anyone can master , so i am looking forward to help you master the language with the right teaching ! Even if you are a beginner , no worries , learning a language should be fun and i will do my best to assist you with a new set of Japanese Language skills that you can proudly use in the future !

My lessons & teaching style

I personalized each lesson for each individual student because i believe each student have their own learning goals . I will ask you about your purpose of learning Japanese and prepare relevant notes that will be sent via PDF files before each lesson . We can learn anything , from reading and writing Hiragana , Katakana and Kanji , Japanese Grammar , Japanese Cultures , Conversational Practices , or even N5-N3 examination preparation , together with memorizing tips and useful notes for offline self studying , each lesson will be carefully planned to maximize your learning experience . :)

One of the great things about Grace-san is that she learned Japanese as a second language, as I am doing. Because she has been able to master it, to the point where she now studies engineering as a university student IN JAPAN, AND IN JAPANESE, she is extremely clear and organized in teaching it. You just follow the path that she has already cleared.

Grace you are an outstanding teacher! I really love your teaching style, you are great at explaining the Japanese Particles in a way that I've never experienced. I noticed I have been doing a lot better with Japanese grammar on the learning apps that I use, and I know it is hugely due to taking your class. As a visual learner, I truly appreciate your neat, legible penmanship while explaining new concepts. You utilize different colors and break down the content in a way that has been sticking with me. Also, it is also notable that your English is outstanding! I am confident in the fact that you know how to study a language first-hand as well as teach it.
