Ayaka-sensei is such a joy!! I spend all week looking forward to her lessons. Nothing has helped me further my Japanese more than her lessons---she truly transformed my learning. I'm so grateful for her!

It was a pleasure! Ayaka sensei was skilled at adjusting her word choice in our conversations to adjust to my level of Japanese. She was quick to highlight words or phrases I had misunderstandings or did not know and note them for me.

Ayaka sensei is one of the best. She is incredibly kind and patient. Personally, I've benefitted a lot from the structure of her classes which involve a lot of review/repetition but also the introduction of new concepts, patterns, or words. I have not been to Japan in a few years, but in studying with Ayaka, I feel confident that my Japanese language ability has grown in our time together.

I have had a long break between classes, and Ayaka sensei was very patient with my terrible memory! Always the very best fun!!
