Hello!
🗽 My name is Hannah, and I’m a native English speaker from the United States.
🤓 I have a degree in Linguistics, French, and Arabic at a university in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and I have a 150-hour TEFL certification.
🗣️✨ I love learning and helping others learn languages, and I've had the pleasure of teaching students from over 30 different countries!
📚 In my free time, I enjoy reading, making art, listening to music, going to concerts, and spending time outside.
🗺️ I also love to travel-- so far, I’ve visited Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Albania, Ireland, the UK, Morocco, and Norway!Me as a Teacher
👉 I’m an experienced English tutor with a 150-hour TEFL certification, and my goal is to help you find your voice and confidence in English.
👉 I love customizing my lessons to best suit each student’s language learning goals, learning style, and personal interests.
👉 I believe that spontaneous conversation is one of the best and most natural ways to practice a language, so I encourage all my students, regardless of their English level, to speak freely with me as much as they can. We can talk about subjects you’re interested in, or we can choose a conversation starter and we can go from there.

✏️ In my lessons, I follow a student-centered, communicative language teaching (CLT) model, which focuses on communication as the primary goal of language learning. After all, the goal of language is to communicate!
✏️ I use conversation to encourage my students to participate and use as much English as they can to build their confidence and fluency as they progress toward their learning objectives. I also love to integrate my students' interests into my lesson planning.
