Hello there! My name is Charlotte, you can call me Charlie. I have been an English teacher for over 10 years in both Tokyo and England. I love teaching students English and helping you achieve your goals!
My hobbies are watching TV, listening to music - I like K-pop too! I like playing video games and playing with my dog!

I have taught all ages and all levels. I am best at teaching skills for 12 years old and up.
I design curriculum as well as teach students aiming for TOEFL scores of 90 and above for university applications. I have a good knowledge of what proficiency tests are looking for and how to showcase your English in a good way for test taking.
I also have experience in teaching EIKEN, IELTS, and SAT classes and more. My lessons & teaching style
I like to keep things relatively casual, tell me about you and what you're interested in! Lets talk and speak in English! I think that if you're interested in a topic then the language flows a lot more easily and is easier for your brains to remember. I'm also good setting out specific ways to use English to showcase proficiency, and love to keep on-target with set grammar points if need be too. I prefer teaching in speaking lessons but am used to teaching all skills.My teaching material
