Mathematics & Literacy Teacher with 3 years of experience! Hi there! I am a 23-year-old college student, and I am studying to be an Adolescent Mathematics & Literacy Teacher in New York, United States. I have also been a student on italki since June 2020! I take lessons frequently to practice, and I also completed italki's #SelfAchievement Language Challenge with my 24 Hour Goal in Fall 2020. I am a patient, empathetic, and energetic person with experience in tutoring as well as teaching 100+ students in New York. I understand what it is like to learn a language, and I understand the desire to practice with native speakers. That is why I am here! Throughout my years of this program, I had many teaching positions. One of my positions occurred in the school year of September 2020 until June 2021. During this time, I taught more than 100 students in a pandemic. I teach because my passion is to help others learn and achieve their goals! My teaching style emphasizes comfortable and natural classes and conversations that would help you develop your confidence in English. You would practice your skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and grammar. I would also be able to help you with your pronunciation and give corrections if needed. I also make sure we maintain great communication that is based on your needs so that I can help you to the best of my ability!
