Hello! I'm Ciaran, I'm Irish but I've been in France for the last 10 years. I speak both English and French fluently, with a few bits of other languages too. I work in a hospital and I give classes on iTalki. Some info about me: I have 2 cats, I like to cook and to ride my bike and listen to podcasts.

I did a CELTA course and I taught in an English school in France to get some in person teaching experience. I love explaining grammar and showing students tips to speak better, faster. CELTA - CES Dublin - 2023The CELTA certificate is a course created by Cambridge university to prepare English speakers to create language lessons for people learning English of all levels. During the course, we learn how to present grammar and vocabulary, as well as prepare reading, listening and writing lessons to allow students to progress in all the principle linguistic skills. I completed the online version to prepare myself even more for online classes, and to learn how to use technology in my classes.
