Hello! I am Julia, an English tutor and phonetician with a passion for language and communication. With two bachelor's degrees in psychology and linguistics, I bring a unique perspective to language learning and teaching.
As an experienced English tutor, I specialize in helping students gain their language proficiency. My expertise also lies in accent reduction, where I serve as an accent coach, particularly in British RP accent training.Me as a Teacher

My teaching style is centred around the communicative approach, which emphasizes the importance of developing the ability to communicate effectively in real-life situations. To achieve this, I focus on creating a comfortable and engaging learning environment that encourages students to speak and express themselves freely. Rather than simply relying on grammar exercises or rote memorization, I believe that students should be given ample opportunity to practice using the language in a conversational context. I had a very nice first trial lesson with Julia.
She has been working very hard herself to obtain a "near native" level in english. And so she can understand better the struggle that people have to learn english.
My main goal it's to improve my pronuciation and to reduce my accent. She understand very well the english phonetics system, and she happy to share her knowledge. Looking forward for the next classes with Julia.
