Jhon is truly one of the best teachers on Italki. He’s dedicated to improving his craft every single day and always takes the time to understand your goals and challenges. When I first met him three years ago, he was still fairly new to online teaching. Since then, I’ve watched him grow tremendously as an educator — his ability to explain grammar, lead conversations, and introduce new topics has become both clear and effortless. I highly recommend booking a trial and continuing lessons with him. He’s worth every penny.

Jhon is an incredible teacher with verve and compassion for the art of learning a new language. He employs different strategies to ensure I grasp each grammatical concept. Jhon has a lot of flexibility within his lessons. You may have a question regarding the last lesson you had with him or even two lessons ago and he will take the time to go over what you need help with to gain a better understanding of the building blocks to learn the Spanish language.

I would recommend Jhon to anyone who is looking for learning Spanish. He uses real world examples as well as tools to aid in your learning process. I have been working with him for 3 weeks and already find comfort with pronunciation with new words I see, using a collection of common phrases, and using the lessons we've covered on the structure/framework of the language to communicate simple sentences with little assistance.
