Hallo zusammen! Ich heiße Linda und ich komme aus Deutschland. Ich genieße es zu reisen, Sprachen zu lernen, und neues Essen auszuprobieren. Ich habe einen Abschluss in Neurowissenschaften (BSc) und Data Science (MSc) und liebe es, neue Dinge zu lernen.
Hi everyone! My name is Linda and I was born and raised in Germany. I enjoy travelling, learning languages and trying new food. I have a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and a master's in Data Science and love learning new things. You can talk with me about any topic and I will find it interesting. I started off as a student on iTalki, learning Chinese, Dutch and Italian. Over the years of studying different languages in different ways I realised that talking is truly the best way to learn a language and gain confidence. This can be especially difficult in the start and most people are reluctant to speak in public. That's why I centre my lessons around communication and interactive learning. I can also help you with grammar and expanding your vocabulary. Your goal is my goal!My lessons & teaching style
As already mentioned, I belive that speaking is the key to learning a language. That's why we will be speaking german from the start during lessons! This will help you feel more comfortable speaking german and you will also understand native speakers more easily. Since every language learner has unique goals and needs, I'll tailor the lessons based on our initial discussions. I believe that understanding the local culture is important when learning a new language so this will be integrated into our lessons in a fun way!My teaching material

aaaaah it was an amazing lesson! even this word isn't enough to describe it:D at the beginning I shared a bit of my experience with consuming true crime content and this transfered into a wonderful conversation about true crime and how it can affect a person, social medias, Datenschutz, allowing kids to use the internet and a bit about online stalking. I was struggling a bit to talk about such advanced topics, but Linda was, as always, encouraging and supportive, so in just some more minutes I could speak much better and more confident. I love it how easy German feels with her:) can't wait for more interesting conversations!!!
