Hi! I’m Ana Clara from Brasília, capital of Brazil and I'm graduated in International Relations.
I’ve been teaching for 7 years and on italki since 2021, helping students worldwide speak Portuguese naturally. I also speak English, German, and a little bit of Spanish, so I can support learners at any level.

My teaching method is based on immersion. From the very first lesson, I focus on speaking Portuguese, using other language only when necessary. Depending on your level and goals, we’ll explore texts, song lyrics, news, and a variety of topics — from everyday conversations to more complex discussions. I aim to introduce you to real Brazilian Portuguese, including the slang and cultural nuances, so you can communicate naturally and confidently.My teaching material

Ana Clara is such an amazing teacher!! She is patient, caring, and you can tell that she loves her job. She is extremely easy to talk to, and is great at coming up with topics to talk about. She is very patient and does not rush you. Our lesson went a bit over time and she was very kind about it.
She listened to my learning style and adapted the lesson to meet my needs. I had so much fun during our lesson and can’t wait for the next one!!
