Ciao! My name is Aidien, i'm a native italian speaker and a professional teacher. I was born in a little town in central Italy. I'm passionate about helping others, and i like getting to know people from all over the world. I love travelling, playing sports, cinema and music (i'm a musician) My motivation for becoming a teacher is that I enjoy instilling confidence in people and sharing whatever knowledge and experiences that I have had in my life. I'm currently teaching between Italy and Iran, with courses for all levels, normal or intensive, online lessons and preparation courses for Italian certification exams: CELI, CILS, PLIDA (i am a CELI certified examiner). I have taught to people from around the world, in person and online: there is nothing more rewarding than seeing your students learn and improve! ;) The most important thing for me is that you enjoy our lessons, and for doing this they will be tailored for you, through a communicative didactic approach, to quickly gain confidence in practicing your Italian. I will focus on what you need the most, on your strengths and weaknesses, be them on conversation, grammar, listening, writings, etc. We will use different types of teaching materials (video, books, audio, test..) and techniques. I can also help you to prepare for any italian certification exam. So whatever are your level and your goals, i'm here to let you reach them in a positive way, without fear and boredom! Senza alcun dubbio, il miglior insegnante di italiano su Italki!!! Aidien è sempre molto disponibile e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. I have been studying with Aidien for a couple months to prepare for the CELI 2 exam and the experience has been excellent! He is always friendly, encouraging, well-prepared, highly organized, knowledgeable, flexible, and fun to talk to. And if any question arises between classes he is super responsive. During the lesson he is especially good at balancing the benefit of organic conversation with the value of giving useful corrections. It always feels like just the right amount of helpful reminders and clarifications without breaking the flow or making me overly self-conscious. In just six weeks I can feel so much improvement and so much more self confidence. Highly recommended!

I just finished my first year of Italian and I can't give enough thanks to Aidien. Before I started taking lessons with him I didn't think I would ever understand the grammar. The new syntax, pronunciation, and grammar made me want to stop. I saw Aidien profile and took lesson with him. I admire his teaching style because he made difficult concepts easier for me to understand and his patience made me feel welcome. Since then I have been taking lessons with him three times a week. He has made learning Italian into a fun activity for me with his kind personality, patience for mistakes, and GREAT resources. He not only helps me with studying, but I also get to learn more about Italy. Without his help, I don't think I would've continued this journey. Grazie!
