British schoolteacher with over 25 years teaching experience. Friendly, approachable and flexible. Hi! I’m Nici, a Cambridge-educated English teacher with 25+ years’ experience. Native speaker and global educator, I’ve helped students from all over the world succeed—whether in UK schools or international classrooms. Specialties: Kids: Creative, game-based lessons for natural fluency. Adults: Personalised support, from conversation to advanced skills. Hola! Soy Nici, profesora bilingüe. Si necesitas claridad en español, ¡aquí estoy! I love connecting with learners from diverse backgrounds and making English enjoyable for everyone. If you’re looking for a friendly, flexible teacher who understands your needs, let’s get started! I have been a schoolteacher, working with young children, for over 25 years, so I am very experienced at working with young learners, and at making my lessons active, fun and engaging. Thanks to my job, I am also really experienced at planning lessons, meeting specific objectives, assessing learners and adapting my teaching methods and style to what suits them best, whether working with children, teens or adults. We are very lucky with Nici. My daughter is just barely three, and it's so great that the teacher has a good instinct for working with such a little kid: she's always ready to follow her lead, and go with whatever direction things take. She managed to connect with her right from the first lesson! Plus, my daughter already understands English pretty well even though she doesn't speak English yet, and that also calls for a totally different approach. Not many teachers have a feel for that.
