About Me

Hi, there! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Julia and I am from Armenia, a land of iconic beauty and amazing charm. At an early age, I developed a love of languages. I studied French at school and Spanish at university. I have a Master's Degree in Linguistics (English) and International Communications. Currently, I am running my business. It's a Language Learning Center in Yerevan with over 150 students. My passions are traveling, teaching, and reading. I'm quite an adventurous person. I want to see that whole world. I love meeting people from different cultures.

Me as a Teacher

I started my teaching career just after graduation. I worked as an English language teacher at Anania Shirakatsy International Scientific-Educational Complex (IB school). I have been working with ESL students with a range of ages and levels. As a language teacher, I am patient, supportive, and encouraging. I love watching my students improve their language skills day by day, especially when they start with very little knowledge, and in quite a short time, they become confident and fluent English speakers.

My lessons & teaching style

Through my 10-year experience as a language teacher and a language learner, I believe that conversation is the most effective and engaging way to brush up students' speaking skills. When you book a trial lesson with me, I will assess your English level, identify the areas that require the most focus. Based on your level, I will structure dynamic lessons customized to your needs and suited to your interests. It will help us make the most of your lesson. Additionally, you will be able to build confidence through drilling activities, free talk style lessons on the topics of your choice. I will be more than happy to be a part of your English learning journey.
