I feel very lucky to have Gisele as my English teacher on italki. She is extremely patient, supportive, and always makes our lessons enjoyable and productive. Her explanations are clear, and she always adapts the class to my needs whether it’s conversation practice, grammar, or preparing for professional situations. What I love most is that she creates a safe and encouraging space, which gives me the confidence to speak and improve every week. I can already see my progress, and it motivates me even more. Gisele proves herself to be a truly outstanding Portuguese instructor with each passing class. I'm amazed at how quickly our hour-and-a-half-long lessons fly by - a testament to how fun and engaging she makes our meetings. This particular lesson touched on a wide variety of topics, from famous sites around Brazil to the peculiarities of Portuguese grammar to the benefits and drawbacks of technological advancement. All the while, Gisele was extraordinarily patient with me as I struggled through complex sentences and corrected my (many) errors with grace. I am so lucky to count myself among her students!

Gisele is a great teacher. In my first class with her I notice how much different and incredible methods she has. I recommend her for all English students, mainly for Brazilian students.

Gisele makes every lesson interesting and interactive. She's helped me feel more confident with every session. At the start I thought I'd never pick it up, but Gisele takes it at my pace and capability, which I really appreciate. The online quiz for homework was good fun and something different for me!
