Hello! My name is Jay. I'm Mexican-American & I'm currently living in Mexico City. Having made my way across the globe, I've learned that a sense of adventure can go a long way. From the Mediterranean to the Caribbean. A feeling of discovery is one that I bring to my interactions with any new-language learner.

As an English/Spanish teacher, my goal is to develop an educational experience that is fluid, comprehensive &, of course, personalized. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish & Latin-American studies from UCLA. In my professional life, I have been able to successfully work with students at beginning & more advanced levels.

Teacher Jay is perfect! He is very patient and he knows how to make you feel comfortable, specially if you’re not very confident when you try to express your ideas in English.
