I am a native speaker of Italian, and after having lived for three years in the Philippines and in
Australia for two years, I am now again in Italy.
I was lucky because I have have had the chance to traveled to over 50 countries. Thanks to these travels I’ve learned to be very flexible and open minded. But most importantly, I can now say I have friends from all over the world!
In addition to my travels, my hobbies include reading, playing sports, and writing. My
students tell my I am very friendly and personable.
I look forward to meeting you, and helping you achieve your goals as a learner of a new language. Or if you already are a proficient speaker, we can keep you

In addition to my experience teaching on Italki, I taught Italian while I was living in
Melbourne. My students, from all over the worlds, have ranged from kids to working professionals and I can say that most of my students turned to become good friends too!
Due to my current job as an Export Area Manager for an international company, I
have traveled to many countries. My experiences in these countries have helped me to
have a calm and patient attitude when I’m teaching, because I understand just how
difficult it can be to try and use another language when you are in a foreign country.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons will be similar to a friendly conversation you might have with a friend or
coworker. I believe that to engage in easy dialogue is the best and quickest
ways to learn and improve your language skills. Throughout our lessons I will make
sure that you will always feel comfortable and relaxed, and hopefully we can even have
some fun!
Since I studied "Lettere Moderne" at Bologna University, I can also help you with any
grammar usage, and I am ready to address any individual language concerns you may
have. Currently, my students vary from first time beginners to fluent speakers.
I will adjust our lessons to your current level; as you advance, together we will plan out your next lessons.My teaching material

Another great lesson is completed. If you're considering an Italian teacher, you will do well to select Alessandro. First, his English is VERY good. Plus he understands the challenges of teaching Italian to a native speaker of English. He knows more about English grammar than I do, but his gift here is helping me to understand how to apply my natural use of English grammar with Italian grammar usage. He works very hard to make it as simple as possible. Secondly, he is just so very personable, and the time flies by when working with him.
