I had a fantastic trial lesson with Murakami-san. From the beginning, he created a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. He was encouraging and provided useful feedback in English and Arabic, which are useful references for improving my Japanese. He was super helpful, giving great feedback in English and Arabic—really useful for better memorization of words. I immediately booked more classes after the trial.

The last half a year with Murakami-san was super enjoyable, I recommend his lessons to everyone. : ) The lessons are characterised by variety, great sense of humour, attention to details and cultural tidbits. Whatever your needs are - be it grammar, listening or simply conversation, Murakami-san is your guy. I was very lucky to find him as a first teacher, can't wait to continue in 2022!

Sensei explains the nuances of Japanese extremely well and immediately points out the things that tend to confuse English speakers. The lessons are encouraging and genuinely fun! I highly recommend!

Murakami Sensei is an excellent teacher - very patient, great to talk to, and puts in a lot of extra work outside of lessons as well. I am confident that, through his teaching, I was able to pass the JLPT N3 this year, and will continue working with him as I move toward the N2 level and eventual fluency

Great teacher to talk to; I just want conversation practice. I have been studying by myself, and can't really talk much, but Murakami Sensei is really patient and easy to talk to, very relaxed. Slowly building confidence to talk more and more.
