Hi! I am Nick or Nikita. I am a native Russian speaker and I am fluent in English and German. I am a self-taught learner of Italian, Portuguese, and Serbian-Croatian. 🤓
During my university years, I studied international relations and management, and I am passionate about culture and history.
I am an enthusiastic traveler and have had the opportunity to explore 27 countries around the world. 🌍 I love meeting new people and learning about their cultures and history.
Fitness and cooking are also my passions. 💪 I believe that physical activity is essential for both our physical and mental well-being. I can cook anything, from teriyaki chicken to desserts. I used to be a chocolate maker.🍫Me as a Teacher
I have a flexible teaching style that incorporates immersion in the language environment through live dialogues and grammar explanations. I actively engage you in conversations covering a wide range of topics to expedite the learning process, deepen your understanding of the language, and foster critical thinking skills.
I am continuously learning myself, and I firmly believe that making mistakes is a natural part of the learning journey.

I usually use the Dogme teaching style. We don't rely on textbooks; instead, we focus on talking directly. We discuss current topics and have live conversations, which encourage you to use specific words and grammar. These lessons can be a bit unpredictable because the material comes up as we go along.
I love teaching, and I've created a free online project for learning Russian called #Russian_with_Nick on Instagram and Substack, which I also use in my lessons.My teaching material
