Hi! I’m a native English speaker from South Africa with a passion for helping students become confident English speakers. My travels to many countries have given me a unique global perspective, and I love connecting with people from all backgrounds. I’m a music lover, movie fan, and sports enthusiast who enjoys lively conversations about current events. When I’m not teaching, I’m spending time outdoors with my family and our dog. Me as a Teacher
I have a teaching degree with many years of experience in the classroom and online. I've taught English to first and second language learners of all ages. I also write (English) educational materials for teachers and learners in the primary school and I have a lot of experience in preparing learners for tests and exams. I have a TEFL/TESL certificate and an Online Teaching certificate. I believe students learn best when they feel relaxed and confident. I look forward to being part of your language learning journey. I use interesting topics, pronunciation drills and language videos to deal with your specific goals. I aim to meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be. I am patient and very encouraging - I believe it is important to be proud of every language step, no matter how small it may be.
