My name is Latifat Kilani, and I live in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. I’m deeply passionate about children’s education, especially empowering the girl child.
Interestingly, 90% of the time when I’m scrolling through social media, I’m watching dog videos—even though I’m actually scared of dogs. I just admire how loving and loyal they are.
I also enjoy cooking, reading, tending to my one surviving plant in the garden, and meeting newMe as a Teacher
With over five years of teaching experience, I’ve learned to make learning easier and more enjoyable by using strong communication skills and truly listening to each student’s needs. My goal is always to help learners achieve their personal and academic goals.

Today we discussed my homework and learnt more vocabulary about professions. Loved how Latifat explained the logical composition of words like "jẹléósimi" or "ilé oúnjẹ". I find it so cool! Our Yoruba lessons are always super interesting and enjoyable. Latifat has a great attitude, and she is always very clear.
