Hello! My name is Hanna, and I'm an American-Israeli MA graduate. I'm bilingual and fluent in both English and Hebrew, as well as fully immersed in both cultures and heritages. I enjoy reading, writing and meeting new people. My interests include history, anthropology, archeology, religious studies, and local and global politics. I also enjoy collecting postcards, travelling and watching movies, TV shows & Japanese animation. I'd be happy to talk to you about any of these topics, and more!

Me as a Teacher

I started my language teaching career as a Hebrew counselor at an American summer camp in 2017, and continued to tutor multiple students in both English and Hebrew through volunteer work, scholarship programs, and online lessons. When learning a new language, you aren't only memorizing words- you're carving your way into the hearts of an entire people. Allow me to be your guide on your language-learning journey!

My lessons & teaching style

My lessons will be tailored to your needs and language goals, whether you're seeking to practice your conversation skills, or would like to improve your reading and writing. Once we've established your goals and proficiency level, we can proceed to conversing, reading and writing together. Learning a new language can be challenging, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun! My lessons will incorporate songs, video clips and games so as to keep you engaged and to help you retain the material.
