About Me

Hello, I am Roberta, I was born and grew up in Milan, one of the most bustling cities in Italy.
I always loved traveling and discovering new cultures and I spent the last 20 years living and working abroad. I lived in Eritrea, Liberia, Mozambique, Kenya, Zambia and I am currently in Tanzania.
I am fluent in English and confident in French, I have a working knowledge of Portuguese and I am currently learning Swahili.
In my free time, I love reading, cycling, and traveling.Me as a Teacher
I have a degree in Law, a Master in Development, and a certification in teaching Italian to foreigners (CEDILS) from the University of Venezia. I have been teaching Italian for 8 years to students from different nationalities at two International Schools and through private lessons. I taught children, teenagers, and adults from beginners to advanced level. My students described me as a warm and empathetic person and they enjoyed learning with me in a relaxed atmosphere. During the first lesson, we will talk about your expectations and priorities. Through our conversations, you will improve your ability to communicate in Italian by enriching your vocabulary and grammar knowledge.
