수빈선생님 is a naturally born teacher. I’ve been studying with her for six months now and the transformation in my Korean is incredible - so many people have commented on it and it’s all thanks to her. From the first class she immediately found my level and tailored her class to suit. Since then we’ve worked through her curriculum which has taught me all the foundational grammar I need to be able to communicate in Korean. She has her own set of excellent materials and always comes to our classes with a positivity and energy. Classes with 수빈선생님 are always enjoyable and educational at the same time. As a teacher myself, I can say with confidence that Subin 선생님 truly has a gift for teaching. The lesson moves along so naturally, and she finds a way to incorporate grammar that I’m struggling with into our conversations. I've always appreciated the really, really engaging conversations with 선생님, who is an exceptionally strong conversationalist. I especially like the ways in which she's able to push the depth and complexity of the topics and themes we discuss. This depth, in turn, levels up the vocabulary we use even as it creates the opportunity for me to think out loud in Korean. Always great to be able to think through some existential things in Korean because honestly if we're not rethinking the meaning of life and the social contract in 2025 what are we even doing :P

Subin is an amazing teacher! At the time of writing this I have only completed 3 lessons with her. She perfectly squeezes in a lot of practice time so that you’re working your brain for the full lesson. I was never comfortable with speaking Korean, but with these lessons I feel as if my confidence is rising. Words may combine and feel like tongue twisters to me - causing me to speak slowly, but Subin is always there to help if I get stuck, and she will help guide me through the sentence we’re working on. She’s always positive so it makes me feel positive about the progress I am making. I plan to continue my Korean lessons with Subin and I have a good feeling that it will benefit me a TON in the long run :)
