I am originally from Kanagawa, Japan, but I currently live in Canada. I majored in Japanese linguistics and completed my Master's Degree in Canada. I teach private lessons as well as university courses in Canada. love learning new languages such as Korean as much as teaching Japanese! My hobbies and interests include watching movies, playing the piano, and like everyone else, travelling! I am looking forward to having a lesson with you! 私はカナダの大学院を卒業し、東アジア専攻の修士号を取りました。大学院では、日本語言語学を専攻し、日本語教育のトレーニングを受けました。5年前から、日本とカナダで日本語を教えています。今は、個人レッスンで教えたり、大学のコースも教えたりしています。 For my educational background, I completed my Master’s Degree in Canada. My research field was Japanese linguistics. I have taken training in Japanese language instruction while completing my Master’s program. As a Japanese instructor, I have been teaching Japanese for the past 5 years both in Japan and Canada. Currently I teach private lesson as well as university courses in Canada! 私のレッスンでは、教科書を使ったレッスンがメインですが、日本語の会話レッスンも可能です。初めて日本語を勉強する人も大丈夫です。教科書はげんきかまるごとという教科書を使います。 I offer lessons on italki only during summer (until August 31). Since the beginning of last year I've tried almost a dozen online Japanese tutors and Mina is by far the best. She has professional credentials and more importantly the enthusiasm to back it up. What has impressed me the most about Mina is her considerate approach not only during lessons but also in between lessons. She grades homework in a timely manner and her feedback is always concise and helpful. Highly recommended.
