Привет, future Russian rockstar! ✨
I’m Anna — a certified Russian teacher with a Master’s in Linguistics and 7+ years of teaching foreigners (kids to adults!). My superpower? Making tricky grammar feel easy with memes, jokes, and deep dives into real Russian culture.
When I’m not teaching, I’m hunting for rare CDs and vinyl. Bonus: If you love literature, we’ll geek out over Dostoevsky, Tolstoy and modern Russian writers.

I work with adults, teenagers and children. I am friendly and patient, don't require to do homework (although I advise it for better progress). I always keep in touch with students, chat with them and share interesting and funny facts about Russia.

• Master's d.: Nizhny Novgorod Dobrolyubov State Linguistic University “Technologies for teaching Russian as a foreign language”
• Professional retraining: Moscow State University “Methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language for children”

The lessons will be a space for you to practice your conversational skills. Lessons are built depending on your goals. I will help you with speaking, writing, listening and reading for any level. If you are interested in Russian literature, we can work with original texts by authors that are of interest to you.
I always show the realities of Russia and don't hesitate to discuss any questions about Russian history, politics and culture. I show the material through jokes, funny associations and memes, because the most important thing in the lesson is the atmosphere!My teaching material

Anna is an AMAZING teacher! We used everything we had learned so far and had a conversation in Russian. The time flew by. She is a very personable and patient instructor; I would absolutely recommend her for any beginning learners. I am also sure more advanced learners would benefit greatly from her teaching style as well.

She demonstrated great competence in reading old cursive documents from 1880, transcribing them accurately, explaining the content, and helping me to fully understand them. Anna is an amazing teacher. I study multiple languages and have tried a lot of private teachers. Anna is by far the most encouraging, patient, and friendly instructor I have ever had. She is always punctual, well prepared, and organized. She also has helped me outside of class time by giving me recommendations for news and shows in Russian. If you want to improve your Russian, I doubt there is a teacher better for you than Anna.
