Very comfortable and easygoing. She’s very good at using beginner words and sentences that people understand to keep the whole conversation in Korean. Very little English was spoken and I enjoyed every minute of it. Can’t wait for the next lesson

Jieun always prepares a structured lesson that gives students a chance to speak and develop. She tries to personalise the language to things that are relevant to my life. She gives kind, detailed feedback and prompts even when I feel like I have no idea how to make the sentence. I recommend for beginners who are nervous to speak Korean and make a lot of mistakes.

Jieun is one of the best teachers I've ever encountered full stop. She's very kind, patient and her class always feels comfortable. It's the ideal learning environment. I've been taking lessons with her for 3 years now and I'd highly recommend anyone wanting to learn Korean to give her a shot.

지은 is the best Korean teacher I could have asked for. She met me where I was in my learning journey and helped me progress far beyond before my trip to Korea. She helped me through common scenarios like ordering at a restaurant or coffee shop, which proved very helpful during my trip. We also reviewed textbook lessons and went through exercises together. Jieun a fantastic teacher! She always motivates me to speak Korean, even though I’m just a beginner. She’s very patient and understanding when I forget words or make grammar mistakes, and she’s happy to repeat or explain things as many times as needed. I love that she uses not only textbooks but also other engaging methods. She often shares interesting things about Korean traditions, culture, and society, which makes the lessons really enjoyable. Also, she can always tell if I’ve mastered something or if we need more practice.
