Looking to improve your Spanish or English? Hi, I’m Felipe. I’m a TEFL-certified teacher with over four years of experience. I focus on helping students communicate confidently through practical and engaging conversations. My international experience abroad showed me how language connects people and cultures, and I bring that perspective into every class. Outside of teaching, I enjoy science fiction, biotechnology, and data science. I’m an engineer too, which basically means I overthink everything.

He took a 13 year-old who had almost 0 Spanish and is giving him concepts, words, pronunciations that he is starting to use on a daily basis in our all English household. He is excited for his lessons and really enjoys learning Spanish. I attribute all of that to Felipe’s method of teaching.

Felipe is an excellent Spanish teacher. He explains topics clearly and corrects my mistakes in a way that never feels embarrassing. He also customized each lesson based on what I wanted to learn, which made the classes feel personal and meaningful.
