Hello! My name is Suzanne and I live in the United States. I grew up in Missouri and went to college in Washington and New York. I have always loved nature and studied environmental sciences in college, but I also love teaching. Whether I am teaching ecology in the outdoors or English online, I love to see the eyes of students light up with new discoveries. In my free time, I like to hike in state parks, cook with fresh vegetables, study Spanish, read about inspirational people, and listen to music.Me as a Teacher
I am a TEFL Certified English Teacher and I love teaching students from all over the world. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student, I am here to coach you through the learning process, show you how to put your thoughts into words, and help you reach your goals.
While it is never too late to learn another language, the most important step is to practice with a native speaker! As an educator, I strive to provide immersive and empowering experiences for my students through a balance of affirmation and corrections. In our classes together, we can practice speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation. In our first class, I will ask you a series of questions to determine your level of English. We will then discuss your goals and what you want to achieve with English. From there, I will develop customized lessons and conversations to help you reach your goals. I love crafting stories, lessons, and activities to facilitate the learning of my students.

What a wonderful course. This girl is just amazing. She observes your fields of interest and afterward, she gives you scenarios according to your fields of interest. You come to speak with the words that you often use in English and there she corrects them for you. These mistakes that you make all the time and that you don't know, she corrects them. Honestly, of all the teachers I have had in Italki (I have had several) and I have had some very good ones, she is the best. Thank you so much!
