Hello! My name is Jonah and I'm from California, USA! I'm a native speaker and professional teacher of English specialized in teaching my Californian accent, further improving advanced speakers, and helping Spanish and Portuguese-speaking beginners. I am highly skilled at teaching better methods for studying English at any level. I love teaching American English and am getting a Master’s in Language Acquisition and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.

Jonah is very passionate about teaching his native accent and has shown me so many things that are very difficult to notice or do myself. I have learned many things about how Californians actually speak and am starting to hear many things I wasn't able to notice before. I have learned how to see English sentences differently and do all the different things that make up the American accent. He has also given and introduced me to many materials and ways to practice. I look forward to continuing with him and mastering how to read and speak like an American.
