Larissa Marins

Larissa is the best language teacher. She has helped me to improve my Portuguese grammar, speaking, and listening. Furthermore, and in contrast with my other experiences with language classes, she gears the sessions specifically to the substantive interests of the student. Thus, you will have the opportunity to advance in your personal projects, research or work while also learning a new language.

My classes with Larissa are a highlight of my week! She is such a great teacher, and I ended up laughing throughout the class. My Portuguese has improved so much since I started classes with her.

It's always a pleasure to have a class with Larissa. Every class is fun and engaging, and I always walk away with more knowledge of the language, culture, and people of Brazil than before. I can't recommend her enough to anyone thinking about taking the plunge into the language.

There are some teachers that their patience, care, and excitement for the language is radiating from them. That it touches you and makes you even more excited about learning the language.
