Nurjarkyn is an excellent teacher who tailors her lessons to the student’s pace. In six months of studying with her, I have learned basic conversation skills, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context. She puts her students at ease with her patient, nonjudgmental approach. I look forward to working with her to further improve my Kazakh language ability!

I have worked with Nurjarkyn for over 20 lessons on business texts, helping translate business letter, preparing for business presentations in Kazakh, PowerPoint presentations in Kazakh, writing business letters in Kazakh, and preparing business speeches in Kazakh. I have tried many Kazakh language helpers, but none have been as knowledgeable and proficient as Nurjarkyn. She is very fluent in English AND she is a professional Kazakh linguist so she actually knows the correct way to write Kazakhs (not all Kazakhs know how to write correctly). Thus, I can give her my highest recommendation. She cost more that less educated Kazakh teachers, but it worth the money (so that you are not being taught mistakes, as some other language helpers were doing).

After 4 lessons I have seen significant progress in Kazakh and have learnt words and phrases that I can immediately apply to day to day situations!

I have enjoyed my Kazakh lessons with Nurjarkyn. She does a very good job at explaining topics with relevant examples. I am excited for more lessons and progressing with this wonderful language!
