Look. You may be considering whether to take a class. More likely, you'd be lucky to even have the chance to book a lesson with Mathilde.
I'm currently writing this from Basque Country in France. A year ago, when I started taking lessons at home, I had some idea of improving my French. Now I can fluently talk to my Parisian coworkers, have long conversations with my French host family at dinner, and hang out with French friends I've made. This is all thanks to Mathilde.
I'm deeply sad in a way though because I know this may have been the last lesson. But in the process I know I'm the luckiest person to meet one of the most incredible people I've met in my life. Mathilde is curious, kind, thoughtful, and deeply herself in a way that I've rarely seen in all my travels around the world.
This might be my last message here, so I'll just say if you get to take a lesson with Mathilde while she is still here, I know you won't regret it. Sans spoilers, it might just even change your life ;)
