I am a founder of a language education center specializing in Swedish and cultural projects. As a teacher, I underline the importance of interaction and therefore are my classes student-centered. The goal is to produce meaningful and real communication at all levels, and prepare students for life / language exams (YKI, Swedex C1, Tisus) / work life in Sweden. I teach beginner, intermediate and advanced Swedish. During the trial lesson, we will assess your level and come up with a plan according to your own needs and goals.

Swedex B2-C1 Testledarutbildning - Folkuniversitetet - 2024Attending an official Swedex B2C1 course to become a licensed examiner at Folkuniversitetet. With the certificate, I am able to conduct Swedex examination which is a certification at C1 level needed for students to get their work license in Sweden, especially for medical staff, dentists, doctors, physiotherapists etc. Without this exam passed, they can neither live or work in Sweden. This is a requirement by institution in Sweden called Socialstyrelsen.
My new surname is Savic,I'm married now.

Official Transcript of Records - Uppsala University - 2019I completed courses that belong to the program called Swedish as a second language (Svenska som andraspråk - SAS). I am eligible to teach these courses. What students learn in SAS courses in Sweden is equivalent to what Swedish students learn in high school. The main aim of SAS is to make learners eligible for higher studies in Sweden. This enables me to prepare students for Swedish certificates (ex Tisus test) that they need in order to apply to study in Sweden at the higher level.

There was also strong focus on linguistic subjects with perspective on both Swedish and other language groups. I studied educational psychology, language acquitision and English as my minor. Absolutely loving the journey of learning Swedish with Teodora over the past 10 months!
Starting my learning path from scratch, I genuenly enjoy our lessons and am always looking forward to them.
Just the other day, I got to test my Swedish in the wild during a sight examination at optician's. A 40-minute conversation in Swedish only. Sure, it was challenging, embarrassing, and definitely out of my comfort zone, but it was a giant milestone. And while a lot of my effort has gone into this progress, it is largely Teodora's merit thanks to her guidance and support.
She's been an amazing and highly engaging tutor!

I've been taking classes with Teodora over the past 11 months, which helped me finally start speaking Swedish. Classes are intense but fun, Teodora always comes prepared so you have a plan for the class. Big focus on the grammar, pronunciation and spoken language expressions. I truly enjoyed our classes, always felt uplifted afterwards. Friendly and professional teacher, which I strongly recommend.
