Another wonderful lesson with Claire. I have been taking lessons with Claire for a long time now and I cannot recommend her enough. I feel like I have improved so much throughout my time learning with her. She is a wonderful, patient, kind teacher who listens attentively to what you have to say. She always comes to lessons prepared and on time and she is very flexible also. She prepares excellent materials and uses a variety of different things (ppts, book, document) so the lesson is never boring. She also covers all necessary skills (conversation, reading, listening, grammar, vocabulary, sentence building) throughout the lesson so you get a good grasp of the material and you aren't lacking in any aspect of the language. Her teaching style is kind and understanding and you are not afraid to make mistakes in her lesson. It is a very comfortable environment to learn and improve your Korean. I am very thankful I found her as my Korean tutor.

I've been studying Korean for almost two years, and I don't know how I ever managed before I started learning with Claire. Working with Claire always gets me excited about learning Korean. It's a struggle sometimes, but Claire's patience and enthusiasm inspire me to keep going. I'm so grateful for her gentle teaching and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn this wonderful language.

I had a great introductory course with Claire! I’m signing up for more classes!

After a long break due to some health issues, I was finally able to return to classes with Claire. Although I had studied on my own and at a Sejong Institute, she was able to adapt quickly to my level of Korean and was happy to review things I needed to practice, but also move on when she felt that something was too simple for me.

3 weeks in and I'm hooked!

Lessons are getting harder but Claire presented everything very well.
