Hi, I’m Joe, and I’m a certified TEFL English tutor from England with over 3 years experience helping mature learners. I have lived in Germany since 2016 and can speak German and Vietnamese.
I am passionate about teaching and helping others improve. As a language learner myself, I understand the challenges faced by adult language learners.
I am interested in many areas, including reading, writing, history, philosophy, science,languages, and more. I enjoy conversations about many different topics and love talking to people from all around the world. I look forward to hearing what motivates you.Me as a Teacher
-I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Ancient History (Classics) and Philosophy with a First-class honours.

- Lessons are personalised and adjusted to your level and needs. In all lesson types, I will offer corrections and suggestions to help you sound more natural and communicate clearly.
- To help remember new vocabulary and grammar, I provide a google document with all the lesson notes, and we will return to these over time. This is the key to remembering them long-term.

I absolutely loved talking to Joe, he asked a lot of questions about my background and goals, gave feedback on my level of English, described what is best for improving and explained how our future lessons could look like. Ich kann den Englischunterricht bei Joe absolut empfehlen. Er geht gezielt auf meine Schwächen ein und erklärt den Unterrichtsstoff so, dass ich ihn wirklich verstehe. Dabei bleibt er immer geduldig und motivierend. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass der Unterricht klar strukturiert ist und trotzdem Raum für individuelle Fragen lässt.
