However, I'm sure you will enjoy these lessons because I am friendly, positive, and patient! I will help you in the journey of achieving your goals and I will give you my best in everything I do! I'm Andrew I graduated from Ferris State with a B.S. in Marketing and TEFL/TESOL certification to teach English as a 2nd language. I love to travel to different countries, learn languages, give haircuts and help people achieve their goals. I studied Marketing to understand sales, business and advertising. I have been using Italki for about 6 months to help myself learn Spanish.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching English for a year now teaching english to children and adults on Italki. My students that are learning English right now are improving their language skills and achieving their goals. The lessons are custom-built to their needs as well as a plan I make them to improve their English. I give them weekly homework if wanted to remember what they learned from the lesson. In December of 2020, I received my TEFL/TESOL certification to teach English as a Second Language. I've also volunteered coached high school bowling and high school golf for one year. My passion & patience helped the students enjoy golf and bowling and now with English too! A very rewarding experience!!My lessons & teaching style
I give lessons to the goals you have in your learning language. I strongly believe in making the lessons around the things that you love like hobbies or interests you have. This way learning any language will be more enjoyable for you! I will be here to motivate and available to answer questions you might have! I will give you homework after each lesson to help you improve and remember what we have learned from the last lesson!
I know learning a language may not be easy, but you can do it with your effort and some guidance! I have developed my Spanish through lessons on Italki and my dedication to become fluent. You can do it too!My teaching material

(TEFL/TESOL) 188-hour Level 5 TEFL Course - The TEFL ORG - 2020I took this course to have the ability to further my English skills and also to teach English as a second language. There was a lot of useful material in this course including: teaching to people of all ages, business English, subjects about grammar, and how to give one on lessons & group classes. Also, I took a 16 hour-teaching practicum to help improve my teaching skills.

English TutorI currently give two students private lessons through video chat to improve their skills. I make customized material based on the students needs and wants for a better learning experience. I also give homework based on the lessons to remember the material/subject from the lesson I gave them. Additionally, I gave my students a custom plan for additional things they can do to improve their English, between lessons.

Andrew is a very friendly teacher that makes me more comfortable in the class. I like his teaching methods.
