I've been taking free talking lessons with Julie once or twice a week for nearly three years now. She is experienced and knowledgeable, as well as kind and gracious when correcting my mistakes. Through natural conversations on diverse topics with varying levels of complexity, she's helped me expand my vocabulary and grasp of grammar. She provides explanations that match my level of understanding and gives insightful suggestions on which words are suitable to use in which contexts. Thanks to her, when I visited Korea for the first time, even though I'd only been studying Korean for 3 years, I was able to get around easily and surprise those I spoke to with how confidently and comfortably I could carry on a conversation. 선생님 진심으로 감사합니다! 앞으로도 재미있는 얘기 많이 했으면 좋겠어요~

特别喜欢老师的课！从大学开始就上了好多种老师的课，觉得还是和聊得来的老师上课效果最好！况且老师还很负责地给我修改作文练习，找学习资料给我。짜이당~

It was the introductory trial class. Julie explained what the next classes were going to be like. She also assessed my Hangul reading abilities. I look forward to taking more classes with her.

I enjoy my lessons with Julie. She makes learning a difficult language like Korean fun. She does her best to correct my many mistakes. And, she helps me with understanding my Integrated Korean High Intermediate textbook that I use in a college course. She provides me with explanations in both English and Japanese which I find helpful in understanding the grammar concepts. She is not only a good teacher but a good person. I highly recommend her.

Ms. Julie is a great teacher. She is super patient and extremely professional. She follows up and notices really quick on what is needed to be worked on. 2 thumb 👍 plus+ for her!!
