My name is Jenny, I am originally from Los Angeles, California, and I am a certified teacher of English as a Foreign Language. I am a native English speaker with a typical American accent that is clear and easy to understand. I also speak Spanish (C1), Italian (B2), and Portuguese (B1). I have a degree in International Business and a M.A. in Global Higher Education. Some of my interests include second-hand shopping, traveling, and history. I have lived in many different countries and traveled extensively so I am fascinated by languages and meeting people that are excited to learn them! I am here to be a conversation partner, a good listener, and a patient teacher. I really enjoy meeting new people and learning new things from each other. I want to help improve your English through engaging and motivating lessons. I look forward to improving your confidence in communicating with native speakers, for professional and personal uses. In “Conversation Practice,” we will have a natural conversation together (with corrections and feedback given throughout the lesson). My favorite topics to discuss are current events, culture, technology, and travel.
