I'm TEFL 120 hours, B.Ed Hons and OET qualified, with a background in education and geography - including 38 years experience in Teaching, Tourism and Visitor Services.
I specialise in supporting B2-C2 students develop their skills for study, travel and life!
I'm happiest outdoors - especially walking by the coast/in the countryside and gardening; but have lived in London and overseas, and love exploring towns, cities and culture locally & further afield too, including in The Netherlands and Hong Kong.
Friendly, flexible and patient, I want you to feel relaxed and enjoy our lessons as you develop your existing English skills and knowledge and love connecting with students worldwide from diverse situations.
I offer clarity and direction on all aspects of English and provide regular and positive, but specific and honest feedback!
Teaching and learning is a dynamic and interactive process, should be engaging and fun and we'll agree plans together. Enthusiastic and committed, I welcome motivated and dedicated students and look forward to meeting you in a Trial lesson/30 minute lesson initially.
