Hi, I'm Kitty and I'm a law student. I grew up in Vienna and Graz, Austria and in Hanoi, Vietnam. I love rock climbing, creative writing, cats, casually learning Korean and reading. Being a big bookworm, I've always been fascinated with words and linguistics. Things may get lost in translation, but I think you can find something beautiful in being able to speak a different language! I've been described as a chill, friendly and very supportive teacher by my students. I'm flexible and creative, and always try to find ways to make learning German fun and more effective for my students. After all, everyone is different in how they learn something best. As mentioned, I have taught German to elementary school kids and middle aged people. I have tutored native German speakers (in honing their writing skills) and foreigners learning German as secondary language since 2019. I'm also used to work with students who are not quite confident in German yet (A1-A2). So if you are a beginner, don't worry and let's give it a try! Whether you want to be able to write casual texts, school-level essays or formal emails, I can help you. I have plenty tutoring experience in this area.
