Yuri is an outstanding teacher and takes pride in being able to help you learn at a pace that benefits you most. The class of professionalism she shows is to the highest degree and is consistently there to help and guide when you need it most. There isn't a class that went by where you didn't finish feeling more motivated than you did the day prior. That motivation is what gives you the ability to continue forward, even when you feel frustrated with your pace. I would highly recommend Yuri and appreciate the patience she has shown during our classes. Awesome teacher!

After two years of using Italki, I'm convinced that the best teachers are those who make it easy to carry a conversation and teach a useful mix of slang, conventional vocabulary, and academic vocabulary. It was a perfect lesson. It was our first lesson and we were chatting randomly in a mixture of Thai and English. I love that Yuri tries to speak Thai as much as possible based on my level, and switch to English when I may not understand. She also wrote down all the new vocabs that we used during the conversation so I can review afterwards. For future lessons we will have one topic for each lesson, and I really look forward to that. Thank you.
