Hi everyone! I am Elizabeth, it's nice to meet you! Привет, я Элизабет!
With 11+ years of experience in ESL teaching, I hold two Master's degrees: an MBA in international Business, and an MA in General Psychology, both with Highest Honors. I am TESOL and TEFL certified, and possess additional qualifications in glottology studies. Having been born and raised in New York City, I am fully bilingual, which is a rare and valuable skill in linguistics. My diverse background and extensive experience make me well-equipped to guide you on your journey of language learning and cultural discovery. I warmly welcome all adults of all backgrounds and proficiency levels to join me on this exciting ride!Me as a Teacher
My approach to teaching is student-centered, focusing on tailoring my methods to meet each individual's unique needs and goals. My students are typically busy ADULTS aged 25 and up who learn English for reasons ranging from career advancement to personal enrichment. Many students have achieved notable success, including job promotions, successful test and certification passages, and increased confidence in speaking with others in English. Equally important, I help my students overcome any psychological barriers that may impede their progress. Seeing my students achieve their goals brings me great pride!

Learning a language doesn't have to be a boring chore. The best way to learn is through constant practice and interaction. Instead of getting bogged down in complex grammar rules, we'll approach them through relatable examples and fun humor, and then apply them through real conversations. We'll also use a variety of multimedia formats, like videos, comics, and role-playing, to keep things interesting. My job is to make the learning process engaging, easy to understand, and as productive as possible, so that you can see real progress in your language skills.
