Nice to meet you! My name is Nora and I look forward to talking to you in German or Japanese. My native language is Austrian German, it is similar to the one spoken in Germany but has a softer pronunciation and is easily understood. I currently live in Tokyo, Japan and am also completely fluent in Japanese. I have a bachelor in Japanese studies from the University of Vienna and a Master in Sociology from a Japanese University.

Me as a Teacher

It is important for me to create a relaxed supportive environment in my classes while also making sure you learn something new each time. As you notice yourself progressing with each week, language learning will become a lot of fun, I promise. We will discuss articles and topics that will not only help you expand your vocabulary but that are also interesting and fun for you personally.

My lessons & teaching style

I teach: - conversational classes, where I share weekly interesting articles in your target language. - classes focused on beginner and intermediate Grammar using my own textbooks, which I will share with you as pdf as well as accompanying exercises and homework to practice. - children's classes with storybooks, songs and many games
